Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

This loaded protein smoothie is one of my go-to meal replacements when I'm crunched for time. Its a quick simple smoothie that provides a good amount of protein and healthy carbs without having to sacrifice flavor.

 2 small mint leaves
 6 blackberries
 3 strawberries, halved
 1 cup rolled oats
 1 cup almond milk, sweetened
 ¾ cup water
 2 scoops vanilla whey protein

Add milk, protein, oats, berries, mint, and water to a blender and pulse until mixture is a smooth consistency. That's it, easy-peasy, enjoy!
